Overview
The Regulatory Affairs Specialist JR (Temporary 3 months), within the Quality Assurance Southern Europe team, serves as link between our manufacturing units and external supplier in order to manage and update IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) product registrations in the Italian Medical Device Platform “Repertorio”.
Responsibilities include managing product documentation flow between internal teams and external partner, ensuring all necessary data are provided accurately and promptly, and facilitating any regulatory compliance requirements for the product registration.

What You Bring
Education: Students or neo graduated within medical devices related fields such as engineering or biology
Strong analytical mindset
English proficiency both written and verbal
Ability in gathering information within different internal informatic systems
Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking ability
Team Player with different stakeholder internal and external
Ability to deliver outputs in a timely manner and precision
Excellent skills and proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
